We take utmost care in preparing and shipping our products. However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request an exchange or refund in accordance with the below terms:

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

The product received is damaged, leaked, spoiled, or tampered upon delivery.

The product received is different from what you ordered.


Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof is mandatory: clear photos/video must be provided at the time of raising a complaint.


Non-refundable / Non-returnable

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened / used products

Change of mind / taste preference

Delay caused by courier for reasons not in our control

 

Process

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID, reason, and proof. Once approved, refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Shipping

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the delivered item is damaged or wrong.
